Maxillaria Maui Coconut
Maxillaria Maui Coconut
When you think of the sweet fragrances on Maui, perhaps Plumerias and Gardenias come to mind. Well, the sweet coconut fragrance of this primary hybrid from the cross between Maxillaria’s sanguinea and tenuifolia may change that. This cultivar has the shape, red color, and scent of tenuifolia but with more amped up flower size. We grow this inside along with the Phalaenopsis where it blooms reliably every February. Intermediate growing. February blooming.
