Encyclia Isle of Skye
Encyclia Isle of Skye
The return of one of our best Encyclia hybrids: exceptionally prolific and fragrant parents make these first-bloom seedlings one of our Summer favorites! The sweetly scented flowers range in color between sultry hues of green, olive, and bronze with vibrant, burgundy lips. The vibrant and sweet fragrance of these seedlings can have citrusy or fruity hints and ranges from mild to strong. From the cross between Encyclia mooreana and Encyclia Standard Setter, both species can produce branching plumes up to three feet long full of fragrant flowers, and we expect these seedlings to do the same once they grow to be large plants. Excellent outdoor growing!

Established first-bloom seedlings. 'Seedlings' are the offspring of pollination; as siblings they may be similar, yet each is unique and no two are identical in precise color or shape. There is no way to tell ahead of time exactly what coloration each seedling will display. Enjoy the surprise!

Temperature Tolerant. June - July blooming.

Established small seedling in a two inch pot, with one flower-spike, $125.

Plus shipping and handling.
