Dendrobium bullenianum
A subtle splash of color for the indoor collection is just what this Philippine species delivers: small tidy clusters of little yellow-orange flowers bloom towards the tips of the slender deciduous canes. As the plant grows, new canes grow longer and longer and begin to cascade; so for the long-term, this plant grows best in a hanging basket. A special note particular to this charming deciduous species: it thrives best supplied with year-round watering, which is very peculiar among deciduous Dendrobiums.
