This cultivar is prized for its tall inflorescences of orange-rose flowers. This is one of our most famous plants, and, it is unfortunate that the orchid market is overrun with poor quality clones of it. Poor quality clones most often do not grow or bloom well, because the proprietors overused meristematic tissue from material already meristemed as their source plant. Such clones can generally be identified by their numerous, small, non-flower-producing pseudobulbs. The clones we offer here are from a limited run with source material taken directly from our original awarded plant. All are producing strong bulbs and spikes.Temperature Tolerant. March blooming.
