Cymbidium erythrostylum
One of the most beautiful of the cymbidium species. The flowers have clear glistening white sepals and petals with lips veined with red and suffused with yellow at the margin. Its downward curving sepals give it a bit of a lop-eared look. Often one of the first species to bloom each year.
Cool growing. October-November blooming. Species from Vietnam. |
